How much is the shipping?
The shipping cost for one or more t-shirts within Europe is usually fixed.
Shipping costs are always calculated and displayed at the time of purchase and are usually a fixed rate.

I have successfully placed an order, but why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
If you have successfully placed an order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received said email after 1 hour, please contact us so we can ensure that your order has been placed correctly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed on the same day. However, it takes us between 3 and 7 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens to your order, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte.com .
We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items.
If this is your case, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte.com with photos of your item and we will find a solution.

If a defective or mislabeled product passes our quality control or is damaged during shipping, we will take responsibility and offer a new product.

Where can I send returns?
If you have any return problems, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte.com so we can then act accordingly: depending on the reason for the return, we will decide how to proceed.

How long do I have to make a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claim for a misprinted, damaged or defective item must be sent within 30 days from the date you receive the product to info@costa-da-morte.com .
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How are returns handled when they are due to quality issues or customer changes of mind?
We will take care of the costs resulting from returns or problems that occur due to our error.

If you want to exchange or return a product without defects or because you have ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at the moment, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at info@costa-da-morte. com .
