B# Chest	Measure yourself around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
C# Sleeves	Place one end of the tape at the top of the fitted sleeve, then pull the tape down to the sleeve hem.

B# Chest	Measure yourself around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
C# Sleeves	Place the end of a tape measure at the center of the back of the neck, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you reach the shoulder, hold the tape in place on the shoulder and continue pulling down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
